Q.

Son 3 yrs old having high fever 102/103 Gave calpol 120 in the evening n after 4 hrs gave ibugesic as prescribed by paediatric N after 4 hrs gave calpol again It still 103 Plz suggest what to do

A. you can repeat the dose every 3 hiurs in addition tepid water sponging is important In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine

Q. she is having high fever.every 4 hr fever shoots to 102 or 103.after giving calpol it's coming down only after 2 hrs that too with extensive sponging. it's 2 day of fever.along with calpol I gave her meftal p 2 times yesterday as her fever wasn't coming down.
