sometimes my baby forehead is hot and sometimes its cold, her eyes are bit swollen , is she having fever?if yes what can be done

If it is hot and cold then I don’t think so it is fever but if the swelling is there in the eyes that definitely something that you need to see what the reason is and please check with your doctor in that regard because after physical assessment only you can get the right solution to the problem
