White patches on skin is fungal infection. Apply coconut oil on the cheeks. The anti fungal property of coconut oil will help to get rid of the white patches. If no improvement then consult with ur doctor for the same.
Also make sure that u use good skin care products for ur baby. U can buy#Babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin
