so much hair fall after pregnancy.l am also thyroid patient.my baby girl is 2 yr old now.

A. U Should have iron supplement for at least one year that’s what I can tell you for sure omega three or fish oil it is basically so you can go ahead with that at least for a 3 to 4 months along with that start applying onion juice into your scalp thrice a week keep it for half an hour and then you wash it
