A. yes.tight means more.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

A. good evening no it does not indicate that you have a low milk supply in case you actually have a DIP in the milk supply I would recommend you to start having some supplement you can go for Himalaya shatavari
