six month back a steel cup fell on the top of the leg metatarsal region of my 5 yr old son two times xray taken recently three weeks back also xray took no fracture but still swelling is there mild pain when pressing a slight red colour on that region why it's like that doctor said it subside it self but how long it take

A. it need to see .Pediatrician should be consulted for this as it may be some underlying problem with the baby . No any medication should be given to baby with out consulting doctor and proper examination .
