it depends upon parents complexion or melanin production in body.
massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day and bath with raw milk only for healthy skin

There Is no lotion for whitening the skin of your child you can not apply anything on to the skin to white on the skin of the child so I’m just going to advise you that please don’t run behind a white or a fair complexion just be happy with what your child has
