Sir, My son is now 5 yrs old. He twitches his neck and unexpected legs movement during wake up from sleep only. kindly guide.

A. can be seizure. as per the details this needs to be examined in person so best would be to meet a doctor in person and get it evaluated well about this so as to be sure .
