sir my girl child is 4 years completed.5 days onwards she had fever .in blood test CRP IS 76.2MG/DL .DOCTOR SAID ADMIT IMMEDIATLY .IS IT SERIUOS TO ADMIT? CAN CURE WITH OUT ADMIT BY USING SYRUPS ..PLZZ RPL

SangharshiniMom of a 3 yr 10 m old girl4 months agoA. don't worry. my child too had a similar crp when she is 2.8 years old. she has typhoid then. after one dose of antibiotics, she is good. please be calm and give medications as per the doctors advice. hope your child recovers soon.

We understand your concerns about the situation but it is very important to know the underlying causes behind such elevated crp levels. For that reason your doctor would have to test your child further and start treatment. Better to follow your doctor’s advice and go ahead with hospital admission. Do not worry, everything will be fine soon
