Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for proper growth of the child you should give a proper diet with all kinds of nutrients and a balanced diet also consgult your hjdoctor to rule out any chronic infection or any kind of nutritional cause

Probably that’s why the weight of the child is low the sincere child does not eat timely and maybe your child as an eating properly also that doesn’t make a lot of difference so currently you can go ahead with giving an iron supplement to the child and multivitamin for three months and see if that helps you in any mannerWrite Your Answer Here
