Sir, My child is 3 years and 1 month old, but she still did not talk not. She can identify pictures from her learning tools but hardly listen to others.

A. the baby is more than three years of age some babies may be having expressive aphasia the reason baby not taking properly interact more with the baby to improve the vocabulary
