sir my baby is suffering from cough and cold from yesterday .. l have served xymex drom two time today... what to do sir

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. b s cCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
