sir my baby boy is 29 month's he is suffering from loose motion from 4 days and not eating well what to do plz tell me???????

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is 29 months Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
