A. as he is doing after 5 days so smell is coming from 1 st mnth and no formula milk ...

A. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies. If it is associated with mucouhys and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
