Green coloured Motions are normally seen in babies and commonly it may be due to less feed intake , or formula milk feeding.
if the baby is passing motion frequently in a day and the colour of the motion is ranging from light yellow to dark green or brown it may be considered as normal in such a case only frequent feeding and exclusive breastfeeding is suggested.
If it is associated with mucou:s, are watery and have bad smell then there could be some infection, also so if there are any other associated problem like fever ,vomiting then you should consult your doctor .
