Winter time special precautions are required for the child so you should maiuiintain a very good hygiene daily bathing can be done with lukewarm water and use good baby products which does not cause dryness of the skin also you can do daily massaging with Baby oil like sebamed or senosun

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Sometimes you do different products that you use on the skin of the child can lead to discolouration of the skin like this I suggest you to kindly get it checked with the paediatrician and accordingly they can guide you with the right products to use
