Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper bturping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparationst like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

always burp after feed
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed
you can give Himalaya bonnison Drops
