sir mera avi 7 month pregnancy chal raha h.. mere breast ke niche left au right side se pain ho raha h... jo b side ho ke me soti hun us side me pain ho raha h

A. hi it should be result of grown uterus or gas so please avoid overeating take easily digestible food items. avoid taking processed oily spicy food keep your self well hydrated use pillow while sleeping at ur back side prefer to sleep on your left side. visit your gynecologist for once
