Sir/Mam am feeding my baby but there is more water in my milk and color also not in white it is like water.. I went 2 doctor she told me water content is more in my milk could u please suggest me what should I do to increase milk n how can I reduce this water frm the milk

A. Try to feed baby around 30 mins so the baby gets hind milk which is full of fat and in your diet eat a healthy and nutritious diet along with drinking plenty of liquids
