Sir i serve my baby Dexolac special care but at the time i can't find it in market...what should I use plz reply.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. none. no formula at all. Baby should be given only breast milk till 6 mnths of age as breast milk has natural antibodies for baby s immunity and IQ development. Nothing is advised n can b harmful if given no ghutti no water
