sir I m mother of twin baby boy, how long I will continues iron and calcium tablets after pregnancy

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Continue iron for at least 3 months and calcium supplements till you are feeding your babies. equally di take healthy diet n adequate water intake. take care .
