Q.
sir i have 3 yrs old baby boy he speaks only mommy daddy and abcd all letters and 123 till 10 and key eggs words only he didnt speak any thing except the above.. he is hyper active he didnt listen any words of us .. iam very much afraid about his voice.. please suggest me solution sir.. and my husband says saraswathi lehyam is better for this problem but iam affraid it may cause damage to my child.. is saraswathi lehyam safe for my child please suggest me sir

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. it is usually taken as normal for this age,you should not worry if it is not associated with any other problems repetitively, usually!t it does not require any kind of treatment or medicine .
if you have any more doubts,keep observing, wait and watch and u can also get clinical examination done once by the doctor available and get further guidance regarding this.
