My son is 3 yr old..He understands everything but can't speak..that he speaks but speaks very few words..he gives voice to me and his dad but as mommy and daddy..but he has to talk more..what should I do for him..go to the doctor Is it necessary

A. Does she understand what you speak? Does she maintain eye contact? Does she follow instructions? Does she speak 2-3 words? if doesnt then get her developmental assessment done Encourage her
