if your child looks pale or his or her nails looks weak and pale then you should consult your pediatrician.
along with that a child feels irritability ,low apetitie when he or she is anemic.
please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs
take healthy and well balanced diet so that your child get all essential nutrients through breastmilk.
