sir after abortion my homeoglobin was 6.4 now is 7 ...sir I have to go for blood transfusion

A. you can gi for iron orally. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust heryou have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatment

A. that the observing doctor will guide you after check up.. to increase hemoglobin level have dates or dates syrup pomegranate or pomegranate juice... boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half then have the milk
