since yesterday my baby is sweating (head) a lot while breastfeeding and during tummy time.he is 3 months 11 days old

dear mum, sweating is absolutely not due to colic. it is common among babies to sweat while breastfeeding, especially in the head region since babies have sweat glands in the head region. also during feeding, baby is close to mother's body which increases the temperature and may result in sweating.

There is no need to give any medicine to the baby.

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It might be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine BC21  to the baby. Also massage baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please massage baby stomach with BabyHug  coconut oil clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal.
