since when he start eating 5th sep from 3 days he 💩 4-5 times a day greenish and yellow

A. hi parent show to doctor it could be some infection please check what is given to baby only breastfeeding is advised till 6 months of age of baby post 6 months completion can give kitchen based feeds as well
