Since 6 months my baby is having 2 teeth. Now he is 10.5 months old. Can you please tell me why there is no new teeth coming?

A. it is okay. some kids get their teeth a little late. you can massage the gums with a clean cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew on them. your child will get all the teeth soon.
