Q.
since 4days my baby is not eating the food only in the nights, he is not having cold but he is always rubbing his nose and get sticky water from nose and what could be the reason?

Baby is probably teething. When babies are getting their teeth because of swelling and irritation in their gums they refuse to you able foods so try out more liquid consistency and soft foods during this time.
Massage the gums gently with clean finger. Give teethers.
