Q.

should I need to wake up my three weeks old baby to feed if she is sleeping ?. some days she used to sleep continuously for more than 3 hours at day as well night . if we try to wake up also, she won't? her weight gain is fine . pee count is also good

A. you should give feeding according to the demand of the baby but if the baby is not taking proper feeding or if there is any other issue your doctor will guide you accordingly for this

A. No actually you should feed your child when is your child is awake and asking for a feed that’s the right way to feed because when you feel like this you can actually end up over feeding and specially wake up your child you disturb the sleep which is not good for the growth of the child
