The weight seems to be fine and if the kids are active , alert , eating properly and attained all their milestones then do not worry about the weight
Height can be increased by proper sleep, physical activity..
include fruits and vegetables in the diet
Also include milk, paneer, green leafy vegetables , eggs , ragi, jowar in their diet as they are good source of calcium
Reduce excess intake of chips , biscuits, sugary drinks as they kill the appetite
