Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include fruits and vegetables,dal kichdi, Dalia,rice/roti with dal/sabji/curd, paneer curry, stuffed snack or panneer or other vegetables stuffed roti, idly,ragi porridge, cerelac (Home made),dry fruits powder (barfi,halwa, powder used in porridge/kheer,milk/milk shake),egg (boiled egg/curry,omlet,bread omlet,meat kheema stuffed with roti/curry,meat balls
Use ghee/cheese/butter while preparing baby foods all these rich in protein, calcium helps in muscle strength and weight gain.

The weight of ur twins is fine as per the age. Give three proper meals in a day.
Include two snacks.
Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg, chicken, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, mango shake, paneer, cheese etc for weight gain
