she is sweating a lot... Her whole head was drenched with sweat if she plays for half an hour in summer season...she is getting small small bumps in her neck due to the sweat..what to do

A. may be normal bb xqIn small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever
