You can include Amla in their diet in any form. Oftentimes, it tastes great on its own as a snack but you can also give it to them in jam or dried form. Also add almonds or walnuts to their daily diet, along with plenty of greens.

Ingredients:
1.1 cup milk
2.1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Steps:
