involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible.
Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid.

try to serve with some creativity and variety add colors to serve as salads..
barbeque form,on a skewer,salad, vegetables soups, dal with vegetables, stuffed parantha.. vegetables palao
