GokulFather of 2 children7 months agoA. This is diaper rash .. don’t use wipes .. use cloth dipped in warm water .. change diaper every 3-4 hours even if it’s not full .. give diaper free time .. and use b4 nappi cream or coconut oil before putting diaper ..
