she has a sore throat past 15 to 20 days,we try hot water, n she feels stuck mucus in her throat,n she doesn't hv any other problem.she active. what to do for her sore throat?

Ask the child to do saline water gargles twice a day and give warm liquids like soups to the child and steam inhalation especially at bed time and give warm foods to eat as well and give one teaspoon honey mixed with sitopladi churna and add black pepper in meals
