A. Hi For hair fall I’m going to advise you to go ahead with consultation with the dermatologist because hair fall could be due to some fungal infection or any other issue in the scalp better get it checked and for excessive dry skin that you are talking about I would say you can go ahead with NMFE vitamin E cream or Nivea whatever you want to buy
