Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine fgeneral you should take a healthy diet for yoursefrlf with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

I All these things can we actually associated with your PCOD issues only so you should Karthik a treatment from your gynaecologist was once your hormones are regulated I think most of the other issues that you’re having right now will be sorted and for your dry skin issues you can go for Nmfe vitamin E cream.
