As she is four plus you ca' give cooked veggies very well even raw veggies like carrot. try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.
