Sharwin is 3 years old boy and takes lot of time to finish his meal, hold in mouth. No screen time. His weight is not increasing. What should I do?

A. This is clearly behavioural issue. You will have to keep his mind busy with some activity while feeding so that he learns to eat fast. Also positive reinforcement that is rewarding him after fast eating will be a good sign of encouragement.
