I would recommend you to actually mash it properly when you give it to the child instead of making up you are out of it apart from that you can go ahead with mashed banana and mashed potato also mashed sweet potato along with that focus on giving good amount of dairy products porridge khichadi and good amount of water buttermilk and coconut water as wellWrite Your Answer Here
