Q.
Sevior cold with fever from last 2 days,I will give them levocetirizine and calpol syrup.But now fever is not decreasing, need suggestion

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give paracetamol for fever and it is given according to the weight as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
whether higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p)are required or not will be told by the doctor.
keep the child in cool environment and avofid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever
do body spdonge and give plenty of water to drink and easily digestible food.

Crocin DS you can give that is is much more stronger medicine to be given you can give it as per the current weight of your child everything is mentioned on the bottle still if the fever is not reducing then you please immediately get it checked with your paediatrician
