Scrotum / testicle sharp pain Last Thursday, after peeing, he complained of a sharp, jabbing pain in the left testicle. It lasted for a few minutes, then he was fine. Again today, he was telling the same, but this time on the right side. It lasted a few minutes and he slept well.

Sometimes these things can be associated with UTI since your child is complaining of pain in either of the testicle it’s better to check with your doctor maybe it is associated with UTI there is some deeper issue but without an assessment I cannot confirm on that
