#asktheexpert Hi Madam, right testicle is bigger than left testicle in my kid. He doesn't have any pain but is this an issue?

A. A slight difference in the size of testicles is normal in many children, but if the right testicle is significantly larger than the left, it could indicate conditions like hydrocele (fluid buildup), hernia, or varicocele. Since your child has no pain, it may not be serious, but it’s best to observe for swelling, redness, or discomfort. If the size difference increases or you notice any unusual changes, consult a pediatrician to rule out any underlying issues.
