Sana is 2years n 2 months old still she didn't got her all teeth I mean only 10 teeth she has

A. Hello dear parent, baby's first tooth eruption is important. After that rest 9f the denture comes out on its own. Ypu do not have to worry for tht much. Give her supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Good luck and take care
