give only breastmilk till completion of Six month for healthy growth and weight gain

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, since the baby is only 3 months old. So Uou can only breast feed the baby.. Also a baby should be double his birth weight at 6th month of age. And baby should be active. Else do not worry. You can even give formula milk if you are not satisfied with baby's growth.
