Reva 3.5 months & she’s sleep pattern is very bad..wake up every hour

A. Okay so maybe the milk that you provide right now is not keeping the child for a longer duration if you’re okay with it I would recommend you to start giving formula only during the night with which your child would be full for a longer duration can sleep better

Q. Hi, Generally, My 21 months old baby sleep at 11:30 am and wake up around 7 am. But from past few days he sleep at same time but wake up around 3 am, and play. We try so hard to make him sleep but he didn’t sleep. After 2-3 hour he sleep again and wake up around 9:30 am. Why this sleeping pattern change ? What May be the reason behind that?
