Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. For nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can bfe given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
It is salt water so does not have any side effects.
Continue feeding milk to the child and try to prevent temperatcure variations around the child
