red small pimple like things are allover his body .how 8t wll be cure

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. they appear to be skin eruptions due to either viral infection or due to allergic skin and sensitive skin.
most of the times they will go away on their own without any treatment. do not apply any lotion cream or powder which might cause allergy
if there are any discharge present then you can apply t bact cream.
meet your doctor for local examination . the doctor is the best person to guide you

Atogla Cream you can apply as of now this is going to be quite helpful for you but apart from that I do suggest you to get a check with your doctor to understand why this is happening because it’s spreading on to the entire body so try to find out the reason as well
